MISSION
Cup a CHEER was created to provide a health nest. Our “nest” is a collective of health and wellness entities where we help people attain the highest degree of health and performance using a holistic approach to nutrition, education, healthy products, wellness retreats and fueling. We did this by supporting National Cheers Foundation and Astin Retreat.

At Astin Retreat guests will find expanded peace and tranquility opportunity’s. Astin Retreat is in San Diego just South of Temecula.

National Cheers Foundation
The National Cheers Foundation’s mission is to empower women to live life with vitality, free from the five primary health threats, which are heart disease, mental illness, cancer, osteoporosis and autoimmune diseases. CHEERS raises funds in support of organizations that endeavor to help women improve their lives through
Care, Health, Education, Empowerment, Research and Support … C.H.E.E.R.S to health!
You too can help support women’s health here in San Diego by attending or contributing to the National Cheers Foundation’s annual event or supporting Cup a CHEER.
The annual CHEERS event raises funds to support the CHEERS “joie de vivre” grant program.
The CHEERS Grant program funds grants to a diverse array of local San Diego women’s health nutrition non profit organizations. For more than ten years, CHEERS has funded grants for medical research, health institutions, mental health, much needed health equipment, exam rooms, health programs, outreach programs, and has developed a resource and educational program that offers to women the ability to empower themselves.
