We also have an assortment of fresh farmers market items available in a Grab and Go retail market! The items are seasonal and support health and wellness.
We provide fun group events with a focus on stress release and wellness education both at the Bird Rock, Cup a CHEER location and at their health and wellness property.

The Bird Rock community is lining up for Health because I our juices have 4 lbs of cold pressed organic produce in each 12 oz jar. So good… no one wants to leave with just one.

We offer we call nature’s nutrients.
We aim to bring quick and healthy fresh options to everyone in our daily farmer’s market to… feed the body.
To this end, we search local farmers markets for nutrient rich “finds” made by artisans with wholesome ingredients and more importantly made without additives, preservative or chemicals. What is found at Cup A Cheer is freshly made and it is good for you and your family.
We are aligned with the National Cheers Foundation which supports San Diego’s Health and Wellness Community through raising money and giving grants for research, health support and education in health and wellness forums.
Along with having amazing cold pressed juice and cold-brew coffee Cup A Cheer also helps promote all the National Cheers Foundation Event’s. We help showcase the Foundation’s health and wellness retreats by connecting the Bird Rock Community with Empowering Health growth opportunities designed to Restore and Renew.
